Accommodation for ICNAAM 2025 at Galaxy Hotel

Participants who wish to stay at Galaxy Hotel must arrange their accommodation exclusively through the provided accommodation form. Please follow the steps below to ensure your booking is valid:

1. Download the Accommodation Form using the button above.
2. Complete all required fields, including the Payment Section.
3. Sign the form to confirm your booking and agreement to the terms.
4. Send the completed form to the Secretary of ICNAAM at secretary@icnaam.org, with a carbon copy (CC) to:
   • sales@economouhotels.com
   • reservations@economouhotels.com

Your accommodation will only be confirmed once you receive an official confirmation from either the Galaxy Hotel or the Secretary of ICNAAM, stating that the credit card charge was successful.

Important Notice:

ATTENTION: All participants must arrange their accommodation ONLY by sending the accommodation form to the Secretary of ICNAAM 2025, with a carbon copy to sales@economouhotels.com and reservations@economouhotels.com.

Please be aware that other companies, such as Business Travel Management, are not associated with ICNAAM 2025 and may use scam methods. Participants booking rooms through third-party travel companies instead of sending the form directly to ICNAAM will lose conference benefits (e.g., free Conference Dinner).
