Private Airport Transfers to and from Galaxy Hotel
For the convenience of ICNAAM 2026 participants, private airport transfer services have been arranged in cooperation with SBOKOS D.M.C.
Transfers are available between Galaxy Hotel and both Heraklion Airport and Chania Airport, in either direction.
Participants are responsible for booking and paying for their transfers directly through SBOKOS D.M.C. These transfer services are optional and are not included in the ICNAAM 2026 registration or accommodation fees.
Private Transfer Rates

All prices are per vehicle and per one-way transfer, not per passenger.
Participants requiring transportation in both directions must book two separate one-way transfers: one for their arrival and one for their departure.
Vehicle Capacity
Private Sedan: Maximum of 3 passengers
Private Minivan: Maximum of 6 passengers
Participants should provide accurate information about the number of passengers and their luggage when completing the transfer form so that SBOKOS D.M.C. can confirm the appropriate vehicle.
How to Book Your Transfer
Download the appropriate transfer form according to your arrival or departure airport.
Complete all the requested information, including your flight details, travel dates, number of passengers, contact telephone number, and required vehicle.
Send the completed form directly to SBOKOS D.M.C. at dmc@sbokos.com.
Wait for written confirmation from SBOKOS D.M.C.
A transfer request should be considered confirmed only after the participant has received confirmation directly from SBOKOS D.M.C.
Any subsequent changes or cancellations must also be communicated directly to SBOKOS D.M.C. The ICNAAM 2026 Secretariat does not process, confirm, modify, or cancel individual participant transfer bookings.

Important Information
The prices shown above apply to private transfers and not shared transportation.
Each price applies to one vehicle and one journey in either direction.
Participants must arrange and pay for their transfers directly through SBOKOS D.M.C.
Payment instructions and any applicable booking conditions will be communicated by SBOKOS D.M.C.
Participants should carefully check their flight number, arrival or departure time, airport, and contact telephone number before submitting the form.
A mobile telephone number including the international country code should be provided so that the driver can contact the passenger if necessary.
Any changes to flight details should be communicated to SBOKOS D.M.C. as soon as possible.
