*Participants who choose not to include their papers in the AIP Conference Proceedings are eligible for a €20 reduction per paper.
**All physical participants of the ICNAAM Conference receive one complimentary ticket to the central excursion.
***Participants who book their accommodation at Galaxy Hotel using the accommodation form will enjoy one free entry to the central dinner.
Registration to the conference can be done via the Online Registration Form Submission:
- In case you experience issues with the Online Registration Platform please Download the Registration form from Here and then please send the registration form to the secretary of the conference.
Important Registration Information:
Please complete the online registration form. If you prefer the manual method, please download the registration form and send the completed file to the Secretary of ICNAAM 2025 at the following email: secretary@icnaam.org.
- For bank transaction payments, your registration will not be valid until the bank transaction receipt is successfully sent.
- For credit card payments, your registration will not be valid until your card is successfully charged.

Cancellation Policy: Please read the cancellation policy carefully before registering.

For Participants who have paid fees for publication of their papers in AIP Proceedings:
- Conference Proceedings published in AIP Conference Proceedings
- Online publication of their papers on the AIP Conference Proceedings of ICNAAM 2025
- Coffee Breaks
- Welcome Drink
- Conference Dinner (only for participants who booked a room in the Galaxy Hotel)
- Excursion
- Attendance at all scientific sessions of ICNAAM 2025
For Participants who have paid fees without publication of their papers:
- Attendance at all scientific sessions of ICNAAM 2025
- Coffee Breaks
- Welcome Drink
- Conference Dinner (only for participants who booked a room in the Galaxy Hotel)
- Excursion
Remarks:
(A) Students must submit a confirmation signed by their supervisor. Failure to do so will render the registration incomplete.
(B) The policy for multiple paper presentations for the same author is as follows:
- 1 paper: 1 registration fee
- 2 papers: 1.5 registration fees
- 3 papers: 2 registration fees
- 4 papers: 3 registration fees
Registration will not be effective until:
- Receipt of the bank slip for bank transfer (for bank transfer payments).
- Receipt of a message confirming your card has been charged (for credit card payments).
Guidelines for Registration:
- Complete the Online Registration Form and submit it.

Complete the registration form and the payment section. - Your registration is NOT valid until the bank slip (for bank transfer payments) or confirmation of credit card charge (for credit card payments) is sent to you.
Central Dinner & Excursion:
The conference dinner is free for participants who booked a room in the Galaxy Hotel via the accommodation form (see more in the accommodation section). If bringing extra guests, reserve additional seats at €65 each.
Excursion participation is included in registration; extra seats are €50 each.
